Designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding machining operations, this semi-synthetic metalworking fluid delivers reliable performance in industrial environments. Its formulation is designed to maintain emulsion stability, control biological growth, and extend sump life. It also helps reduce tool wear, supporting machining efficiency and uninterrupted production.
Preparation and Recommended Use
To optimize fluid performance, the use of demineralized water is recommended. This helps extend sump life, minimize corrosion, reduce fluid losses caused by carry-off, and lower concentrate consumption.
The recommended operating concentration ranges from 5% to 15%, depending on machining conditions and application requirements.
When preparing the fluid, always add the concentrate to the water, never the other way around. Mix thoroughly until a uniform, homogeneous emulsion is obtained to ensure consistent fluid quality and optimal performance.
Using a premixed coolant can also help improve fluid performance and manage supply costs. The appropriate mixture should be selected based on the balance between water evaporation and the coolant flow rate required for the machine to operate efficiently.
