INNOVATE launches PG25, a direct-to-chip cooling fluid for AI data centers.

INNOVATE™, the advanced liquid cooling brand of HF Sinclair Lubricants & Specialties, has launched INNOVATE™ DTC25, a propylene glycol-based fluid designed for direct-to-chip cooling. Developed in alignment with the Open Compute Project’s (OCP) PG25 specifications, the product expands INNOVATE’s portfolio beyond immersion cooling to address the growing thermal management needs of data centers supporting artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC).

The ready-to-use, pre-mixed fluid offers several key benefits, including corrosion protection for multiple metals, biostatic properties, freeze protection, and fluorescent blue dye for early leak detection. Its formulation is designed to deliver reliable thermal performance, protect cooling systems over the long term, and simplify installation and maintenance.

This launch strengthens INNOVATE’s position in the advanced liquid cooling market and demonstrates its commitment to supporting the evolving requirements of next-generation data center infrastructure.
