Venture Global et ConocoPhillips scellent un accord GNL de 20 ans
Venture Global, Inc. (NYSE: VG) and ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) announced a new, long-term Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for liquefied natural gas (LNG). Under the SPA, ConocoPhillips will buy 1.0 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of LNG from Venture Global for 20 years, starting in 2030.

ConocoPhillips (NYSE : COP) ont annoncé la signature d’un nouvel accord d’achat et de vente (SPA) à long terme portant sur du gaz naturel liquéfié (GNL). Aux termes de cet accord, ConocoPhillips achètera 1 million de tonnes par an (MTPA) de GNL à Venture Global pendant 20 ans, à compter de 2030.
