Gunvor Group Ltd is changing its name to Centalion Group Ltd to reflect its new ownership structure, leadership, and strategic direction following the management buyout completed in December 2025.
The group also plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Cyprus to Singapore, where it has already maintained a presence since 2006. Its main trading offices will remain in Singapore, Geneva, and Houston.
Centalion aims to strengthen its position in energy and commodities trading, including crude oil and refined products, natural gas and LNG, power and battery storage, biofuels, and carbon credits. The group is also expanding its activities in metals and minerals, global shipping, and investments in gas- and power-related infrastructure.
In the first half of 2026, Centalion achieved record trading volumes and now has more than 2,000 employees, operating across key trading hubs including Calgary, Geneva, Houston, London, Singapore, and Stamford.
