BlueNord is the new name for Norwegian Energy Company ASA (“Noreco”). The name change will be formally completed following approval by shareholders at the AGM in May 2023 and the ticker will become “BNOR”.
In 2019, the Company completed the transformational acquisition of Shell’s upstream assets in Denmark. As a result of this transaction, BlueNord established itself as a material independent E&P company, focused on the North Sea, and the second-largest oil and gas producer in Denmark.
